12-week BPC-157 log for chronic patellar tendinopathy – week-by-week pain scores + MRI
Posting my full protocol and weekly pain VAS. Started at 7/10, week 4 was 4/10, week 12 was 1/10. Follow-up MRI shows partial remodeling. Dose: 500mcg SC bilaterally near the tendon, 2x daily. No concurrent PT changes.
Well-documented: Includes before/after MRI, weekly VAS log, clear protocol.
Is oral BPC-157 actually absorbed? Asking after 3 months of capsules with zero effect
I know the gastric-juice origin story, but I can't find any human PK data for oral BPC-157. 3 months on 500mcg caps for a rotator cuff issue and I have nothing to report. Did I waste my money? What's the actual evidence base here?
Consistent with evidence: Question is scientifically valid — oral BPC-157 PK is not established in humans.

Community Reports (3 displayed of 47)
Add yours4-week BPC-157 protocol for chronic Achilles tendinopathy showed meaningful pain reduction and improved running capacity. Medium confidence due to concurrent collagen supplementation.
6-week oral BPC-157 for IBS-D showed gradual improvements in stool quality and bloating. Multiple concurrent GI supplements reduce confidence in isolating BPC-157's specific contribution.
3-week BPC-157 for lateral epicondylitis with concurrent PT. Meaningful pain and grip strength improvements, but attribution is confounded by ongoing PT. Self-described skeptic notes improvement while acknowledging limitations.
